Simplify your digital life!
Don't use social media less use it more intentionally. Follow people who inspires & motivates you. Engage with experts you can learn from. Create genuine, positive friendship.
"Start prioritising things"
Technology is great, if we're in control of it. It's not so great if it takes control of us.
There's a lot of good that's come from the explosion of technology & digital communication.
It has definitely made our lives easier, faster & more productive.
BUT
There is a diminishing point of return with our devotion to digital devices.
We're becoming obsessed with technology and it's impacting every aspects of how we live our lives.
Do not let your self-esteem be based upon your post likes, followers & all transient things.
Don't let gadgets steal your time!
Stop getting distracted by the things that have nothing to do with your goals.
Take a realistic look at how you spend your time on your devices. Of course there are necessary online activities for us personal & professional life. We must keep ourselves away from addiction of gadgets.
Just stop mindlessly scrolling, complaining, hating & engaging in negativity and bitterness.
If possible let's follow "digital detoxification" Time to time have strictly start not using phone one hour before going to sleep and one hour after getting up .
Switch your phone off, sit down, observe your breath you'll see all the missed calls & unread message sent from the universe.
- I checked the voicemail & they were all from myself.
If you didn't control your actions, mind means you'll become slave to your thoughts whether it would be good or bad.
Good one !
