As body is in full harmony, rate of getting any diseases are reduces. The value of yoga in our lives and health benefits of yoga are Abundant. 

Nowadays many lifestyle diseases are on the rise.say it be physical, mental, emotional or psychological. People are always stressed and busy in their daily lives so they fail to relax and take care of themselves and their body. 

As a result they suffer from one or more diseases. 

Yoga in daily life is a system of practice consisting of development in the areas of physical, mental, social and spiritual health. When body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, focused and stress is under control. 

This connects us to maintain socially healthy relationship. It strengthen and stretches us in so many ways. 

I would like to conclude by saying that though yoga is a slow and steady process, it's results last for a long time. Yoga cures many ailments without any side effects. 

Yoga is not just a repetition of few posture it is more about the exploration and discovery of the subtle energies of life!!!!
